These include an electric control box located in the cab, a manual hydraulic lever on the driver's side, an electric control box on the left side of the tailgate, and a manual lever on the right side of the tailgate. With these options, the operator can choose the most suitable method of control depending on the specific requirements of the task and personal preference.
Working principle of garbage compactor truck
The purpose of designing waste compactor truck is to load more garbage, which is achieved by compacting domestic garbage through hydraulic external force system. The power of the upper system of compression garbage truck comes from the engine, and the power is separated through the power take-off. The power take-off drives the gear pump to work, and the gear pump sucks hydraulic oil through the oil suction filter to supply oil to the multi-way valve. When the multi-way valve is working, the negative pressure plate cylinder, skateboard cylinder, scraper cylinder, lifting cylinder or push plate cylinder will be moved (the cylinder work drives the relevant mechanism to complete the work of loading garbage, compressing garbage, or unloading garbage).
When the multi-way reversing valve handle is not operated, the handle automatically maintains the middle position, and the hydraulic oil discharged by the oil pump returns to the oil tank through the reversing valve. The maximum working pressure of the hydraulic system is 16Mpa, which is limited by the overflow valve on the multi-way reversing valve. When the system exceeds 16 Mpa, the hydraulic oil completes a work process through the overflow valve and the circuit.
Compression steps
◆. When the filling hopper is full of garbage, the scraper opens and is ready to insert loose garbage.
◆. The slide plate drives the scraper to move downward together and insert into the garbage for crushing and initial compression.
◆. The scraper rotates forward to further compact the garbage.
◆. After the scraper is in place, it moves upward with the slide plate to compact the garbage into the garbage bin and return to the starting position. During the continuous compression and filling of garbage, the push shovel overcomes the back pressure under the action of the extrusion force and gradually retreats, so that the garbage fills the entire garbage bin evenly.
◆. After the garbage truck is full of garbage, the garbage bin is completely closed and will not pollute the environment during transportation.
◆. When the garbage truck unloads garbage at the treatment (or landfill) site, first lift the filler, open the rear end of the garbage bin, and move the push shovel originally parked at the front end of the garbage bin backward to push the garbage out of the garbage bin in the horizontal direction.
