Client: Morocco, Mr. Achraf
Project: Rabat Fire Department Government Procurement ProjectYear: March 2025
Project Backfround:
With the acceleration of urbanization, the city size and population density of Rabat have continuously increased, leading to a corresponding rise in fire risks. To effectively address potential fire threats, the Rabat Fire Department has an urgent need for high-performance and efficient fire trucks. As the capital, Rabat boasts numerous high-rise buildings, commercial areas, industrial zones, and other critical facilities. In the event of a fire in these areas, there are extremely high requirements for the response speed, firefighting capabilities, and rescue efficiency of the fire trucks. Therefore, the fire department needs to be equipped with advanced fire trucks to ensure prompt and effective rescue operations in the event of a fire.
Furthermore, as public awareness of safety increases, the Rabat Municipal Government and the fire department are placing greater emphasis on fire safety work. To meet the growing demand for fire safety, the fire department needs to continuously update and upgrade its fire-fighting equipment, including the introduction of more advanced and efficient fire trucks.
Our POWERSTAR factory has over 30 years of experience in producing specialized vehicles, particularly in the design and production of fire trucks where we have leading technological expertise. The Isuzu FTR 6-cubic-meter foam fire truck is modified based on the chassis of the new Isuzu FTR GIGA 4X fire truck, featuring a 4,500mm wheelbase and equipped with an Isuzu 4HK1-TCG60 Euro VI engine with a displacement of 5,193ml. The front part of the upper compartment is an equipment box that can hold most tools such as fire hoses, axes, shovels, picks, and other breaching tools, as well as fire extinguishers. The middle section consists of a 5-cubic-meter carbon steel water tank and a 1-cubic-meter stainless steel foam tank. The rear part is the pump house, equipped with a CB10/40 fire pump, control panel (including water level gauge, foam level gauge, tachometer, vacuum gauge, pressure gauge, etc.), fire hose reel, water manifold, water distributor, water strainer, fire nozzles, foam nozzles, and other fire-fighting equipment. The top of the compartment is equipped with a PL8/32 fire monitor.
The reason why the client chose us is not only because of our long-standing brand advantage but also because of our attention to detail, communication, and service. After carefully reviewing our website's fire truck product category, news, operation manuals, and video section, the client conducted a video factory inspection with us, gaining a more intuitive understanding of our workshop environment and production teams. They could see the various stages of the fire trucks being produced at that time. After providing feedback to the end-user, they decided to customize these three Isuzu fire trucks at our factory. Subsequently, we communicated and confirmed various details of the requirements, and our technical staff finalized the drawings. Upon receiving the client's deposit, we promptly commenced production of the fire trucks.
During the production process, we kept track of the vehicle production progress and provided updates to the client. After the vehicles were completed, we provided pictures of the entire vehicles and various detailed parts, and shot operational videos for the client's inspection. The client expressed satisfaction with our vehicle design proportions, paintwork, and operational performance. After paying the final installment, we immediately arranged for the dispatch of the vehicles. Now, our Isuzu FTR 6-cubic-meter foam fire trucks are on their way to Rabat by sea. We believe that the client will not be disappointed upon receiving the vehicles. We always adhere to the principles of quality first, creating excellence, striving for perfection, and exceeding expectations, providing the best service to every client.
